We started fixing appliances because the "dispatch a tech to read a part number, replace the whole board, and charge $900" routine wasn't the service the kitchens in our neighborhood deserved. BestFix Appliance Repair is what we built instead — diagnostic-first, OEM-on-the-truck, written-warranty service for the homes we drive past every day.

Every service van stocks the most common OEM components for Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Viking, KitchenAid, LG, Samsung, and Bosch — meaning most jobs are finished on the first visit. When we need to order, it's a 2–4 day turnaround on premium parts.

We put it in writing.

$89 diagnostic fee. Repair quotes are written, line-itemed, and fixed before work starts — no surprise charges, no fine print. 30-day labor warranty, 90-day parts warranty. If a part we installed fails inside the warranty window, the return visit is on us.

  • Can I get an estimate or price quote for my appliance repair?

    Yes. After our diagnostic visit ($89 diagnostic fee) we give you a firm, written repair quote before any work begins. The $89 diagnostic fee is charged on every visit, whether or not you go ahead; if you do, the repair is quoted separately, on top of it.

  • How long will my appliance repair take?

    Most repairs are completed during the first visit, typically in 45–90 minutes. When a part has to be ordered, a second visit is usually scheduled within 2–4 business days. We confirm the timeline before you commit.

  • Does BestFix have a guarantee?

    Yes — every repair carries our 30-day labor warranty, 90-day parts warranty. If a part we installed fails inside the warranty window, we come back and replace it at no cost to you, including the return visit. Warranty starts the day the repair is completed.

  • Do you charge for the service call if I don't repair?

    Yes — there's a flat $89 diagnostic fee on every service call, charged whether or not you decide to go ahead with the repair. It covers the technician's visit and the written diagnosis; any repair is quoted separately, on top of it.
