Wolf Appliance Repair

Dual-fuel ranges, induction, M-series ovens — by trained Wolf techs.

Wolf is the gold standard for residential cooking — and one of the most over-engineered appliances in your house. That's good news for repair: most components are accessible, designed to be serviced, and made to last decades. We repair gas ranges, dual-fuel ranges, induction cooktops, M-series wall ovens, warming drawers, and microwave drawers across all model years.

The service standard

How a real Wolf service call should run.

Three non-negotiables on every visit — no shortcuts, whatever the badge on the front.

    Brand-specialized

Our techs know Wolf's architecture, error codes, and known wear patterns. No guessing on parts.

    OEM on the truck

Genuine Wolf parts — gaskets, valves, control boards — stocked on the service vehicle for the most common faults.

    Written warranty

Every repair carries 30-day labor warranty, 90-day parts warranty. Return visit is free if the same fault re-occurs inside the window.

Wolf pattern failures

What we see most on Wolf units.

  • Igniter failure on the dual-fuel range

Most common Wolf service call. Genuine OEM igniters, in-stock on the truck for 30/36/48-inch builds.

  • Bake element on M-series double oven

Either upper or lower can fail; we replace and recalibrate temperature on the same visit.

  • Induction zone IGBT failure

On 36-inch induction cooktops, one of the four zones drops out — usually an IGBT on the control board.

  • Display control failure

M-series and SO-series ovens occasionally lose the display backlight. Membrane and control board diagnosed precisely before replacement.

Wolf care guide

What every Wolf owner should know before calling.

The same questions our techs answer on the phone every day — written down so you can read them first.

Repair or replace?

Wolf units are built to be serviced. If the failure is a single bad component on a unit under ~12 years old, repair almost always wins — replacement runs many multiples of the repair quote. Sealed-system age-out and multi-board failures are the cases where we'll tell you to budget for a new unit.

What drives the cost

Three factors: OEM part availability for your specific Wolf model and year, labor time (most fixes finish in 45–90 minutes on the first visit), and whether the job involves refrigerant or sealed-system work. The diagnostic locks the written quote before any work begins.

How the visit runs

Tech arrives in the texted window, runs a full Wolf-specific diagnostic in ~15 minutes, hands you a written quote on the spot. Approve and most repairs finish first visit — common parts ride on the truck. If a part needs ordering we book a return slot inside the warranty window.

Warranty + what's covered

Every Wolf repair carries 30-day labor warranty, 90-day parts warranty. If the same fault re-occurs inside the window the return visit is free — parts and labor. Coverage starts the day the repair is completed.

Common questions

Wolf repair — what people ask.

Same warranty, same diagnostic, same up-front pricing on every brand we service.

  • Can I get an estimate or price quote for my appliance repair?

Yes. After our diagnostic visit ($89 diagnostic fee) we give you a firm, written repair quote before any work begins. The $89 diagnostic fee is charged on every visit, whether or not you go ahead; if you do, the repair is quoted separately, on top of it.

  • How long will my appliance repair take?

Most repairs are completed during the first visit, typically in 45–90 minutes. When a part has to be ordered, a second visit is usually scheduled within 2–4 business days. We confirm the timeline before you commit.

  • Does BestFix have a guarantee?

Yes — every repair carries our 30-day labor warranty, 90-day parts warranty. If a part we installed fails inside the warranty window, we come back and replace it at no cost to you, including the return visit. Warranty starts the day the repair is completed.

  • Do you charge for the service call if I don't repair?

Yes — there's a flat $89 diagnostic fee on every service call, charged whether or not you decide to go ahead with the repair. It covers the technician's visit and the written diagnosis; any repair is quoted separately, on top of it.

  • Which appliance brands do you service?

Every major residential brand — Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Miele, Viking, KitchenAid, LG, Samsung, Bosch, GE, Whirlpool, Maytag, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Bertazzoni, Fisher & Paykel, Dacor, Jenn-Air, Magic Chef, Monogram, Kenmore, and Amana. We're factory-familiar with premium European brands.

  • Is BestFix licensed and insured?

Yes — fully licensed and insured for residential appliance repair across Los Angeles County. We carry general liability and workers' comp; certificate available on request before service.

  • How do I book a same-day repair?

The fastest path is our quick online booking at /booking — pick the appliance, choose a time, add your details, and you're done. You can also call (818) 919-6901 during business hours.
