BestFix Appliance Repair collects only the information you give us when you book a service, use the contact form, or call us — typically your name, phone number, email, service address, and a description of the appliance issue. We never ask for financial-account numbers, social-security numbers, or other sensitive identity data through this website.
We use your information to schedule, perform, and follow up on the repair you requested — job updates like parts ordered, arrival windows, and warranty follow-ups. With your consent we may also send occasional service tips or offers; every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe. We never sell or rent your contact details.
We use first-party analytics to see which pages help and which don't. We also use advertising cookies and pixels — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and Google Ads — to measure our ads and show them to people who've visited the site (remarketing). These set cookies and share browsing and device data with Meta and Google. You can opt out through the "Cookie settings" link in our footer, your browser's cookie controls, the ad-settings pages at Meta and Google, or by contacting us.
We keep customer and booking records only as long as needed to run the business and meet our legal and warranty obligations. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we remove it within 60 days — except records we're legally required to retain (invoices and job history may be kept up to 6 years for tax and warranty purposes).

We honor the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and CalOPPA for everyone, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from the European Economic Area. You may request: (a) a copy of the personal information we hold; (b) correction of inaccuracies; (c) deletion ("right to be forgotten"); and (d) to opt out of the "sharing" of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising (the ad cookies above). We do not sell your personal information for money, and we honor browser "Do Not Track" / Global Privacy Control signals where required. We respond within 30 days — email info@bestfixappliances.com from the address on file, or call and we'll verify you on the phone.
This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to your information to what the job requires. No method of transmission is ever 100% secure, but we treat your data carefully. We may update this policy as our practices or the law change — the current version is always posted here with the "last updated" date shown above.
If anyone claiming to be from BestFix asks for any of these, hang up and call our verified number.

We will never ask for these.
Your name, phone, service address, and a short description of the problem. That's enough for us to give you a confident arrival window and have the right parts on the truck.
Plain English on the outside services that handle or receive your data. Our hosting and email vendors only process it to run the job; our advertising partners (Meta, Google) receive browsing data for ads, which you can opt out of.
Booking & customer database
When you submit the booking or contact form, the entry is saved to our own database, hosted on Turso (a managed SQLite/libSQL service). Turso stores the data on our behalf and does not use it for any other purpose. See turso.tech/privacy-policy for their policies.
Web hosting & geolocation
The website runs on Vercel's edge network. Vercel sees the IP address and city of every visitor as part of standard request routing (used in the hero badge that says e.g. "Los Angeles / California"). See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Owner email notifications
When a booking or contact form is submitted, the owner is notified via Gmail's SMTP service. Your submission is included in that email so the owner can reply. See policies.google.com/privacy.
Advertising & remarketing
We advertise on Facebook/Instagram (Meta) and Google. Their pixels and tags on our site set cookies and receive browsing and device data so we can measure ad performance and show ads to people who've visited us. Privacy questions
Email info@bestfixappliances.com to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of personal information we hold, or to opt out of ad-cookie sharing (your rights under CCPA §1798.100–.150 and GDPR Articles 15–22). We respond within 30 days.
