What you should know.

Each section reflects how we actually run service calls — not template language.

  • Services we provide

    BestFix Appliance Repair provides in-home diagnostic, repair, maintenance, and installation services for residential and commercial appliances. We don't service appliances modified outside manufacturer specification, and some specialty or industrial equipment may fall outside our scope — we'll tell you before booking if so.

  • Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to book a service or use this website. By booking, you confirm you're the property owner or an authorized occupant who can approve the work.

  • Diagnostic fee

    The $89 diagnostic fee, charged on every visit. It is due in full at the end of the visit whether or not you proceed with the repair. If you do go ahead, the repair is quoted and billed separately, on top of the diagnostic fee.

  • Cancellations & rescheduling

    Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows inside that window — or visits where our technician can't access the appliance on arrival — may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Warranty

    30-day labor warranty, 90-day parts warranty. The warranty covers the specific parts we installed and the labor we performed. It does not cover pre-existing damage, unrelated future failures, improper use or neglect, power and voltage events, acts of nature, or physical damage that occurred after our visit.

  • Payment

    Payment is due at the end of each service visit. We accept all major cards, bank transfer, and check. We never request prepayment, card numbers, or bank details before the technician arrives — if anyone asks for that on our behalf, do not pay and call our verified number.

  • Your responsibilities

    Please provide safe, unobstructed access to the appliance, accurate information about the problem, and a responsible adult (18+) on site during the visit. You're responsible for backing up or moving valuables and perishables near the work area.

  • Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestFix Appliance Repair is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

  • Website & intellectual property

    The content on this website — text, images, and branding — belongs to BestFix Appliance Repair and may not be copied or reused without permission. Your use of the site and our services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

  • Disputes, governing law & changes

    We'll first try to resolve any dispute in good faith. Unresolved disputes are governed by the laws of California, with venue in Los Angeles County. We may update these terms from time to time — the current version is always posted here with the date above, and continued use means you accept it.
